Procedure when a forwarding agent call a shipping agent]

- Request for import department / FCL
- Check for: ETA,Vessel ID, voyage number, Ship Call Number (SCN), vessel comes in to which port (KCT, KPM, KMT, charges for delivery order (DO) collection, Bill of Lading (BL) is under original or telex, when would the DO be ready

How to freeze (hold) and unfreeze a container?

From the shipping agent point of view, how could youcontainer when the Deliver Order (DO) or E-DO already released to the forwarding or consignee?

In this case, as long as the container still in the port even the gate pass already collected, you still can liaise with the port to freeze the container.

Is the samething for unfreezing the the frozon container, just email to port control department to unfreeze it.
